Meet Lindsay
Pinkelman
I embody guidance and resilience in my journey as a K-12 School Counselor. As a former collegiate athlete, I channeled my competitive spirit and profound empathy into empowering thousands of children and families to discover pathways aligned with their aspirations.
My life took an unexpected turn following a tragic accident that left me a quadriplegic. Yet, I viewed this not as an end but as a new beginning. Embracing my circumstances, I transitioned to a virtual counseling platform, extending my expertise to families across the country and school districts in Alaska.
My mentorship serves as a pillar of support for families navigating the post-secondary planning process. My personal journey through education, business, and entrepreneurship has equipped me with invaluable knowledge and resources, which I eagerly share to inspire joy and passion in others. In my quest for purpose, I openly discuss the trials I've faced, the mindset work and thought reframing I have had to practice, and the grief I have had to process. My recovery and self-discovery have been fueled by a newfound joy in different forms of activity and connection with my children, as well as the cathartic power of journaling and podcasting.
I am not just a School Counselor; I embody the "why" behind my endeavors. I have transformed life's challenges into a source of strength, inspiring all who encounter me to do the same. As I continue to help, encourage, and support those around me, I redefine what it means to live and work with passion, proving every day that there is immense joy in having a purpose.
